Our Mission
Welcome to our special needs consultancy, where we advocate for the rights and needs of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). With 48 years of combined experience in education, we bring deep knowledge, passion, and lived experience to every family and school we support. We are based in the UK, mainly working across Staffordshire and Shropshire.
At Equal Endeavours, our goal is simple: to ensure that every child, regardless of their needs, has the opportunity to thrive.
Our Team
Lynne has held a variety of roles throughout her career, including School SENCO, Consultant, Deputy Headteacher, and Headteacher, as well as serving as a Trustee on Staffordshire's Inclusion Support Board (ISB). She is passionate about ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive. Lynne's commitment to advocating for SEND children runs deep, as both a professional and a parent, ensuring that every decision is centered on what's best for the child.
Corinne has dedicated the last 15 years to serving as a School SENCO and SEND Consultant. She specialises in all areas of SEND, providing expert guidance to schools families and children. Corinne's extensive experience has equipped her with the tools to mentor and support those navigating the SEND landscape, empowering families and educators to ensure that no child is left behind.
